About the Role
This role serves as the primary liaison for customers at a WM facility, overseeing safe waste handling, payment processing, and overall site security. The employee ensures adherence to safety protocols while supporting the smooth flow of operations. • Greet and direct customers, answering questions promptly. • Accurately calculate customer payments. • Inspect incoming loads for safety and prohibited materials. • Enforce use of required personal protective equipment for all personnel. • Maintain the scale house and complete administrative tasks such as filing and reporting. • Notify supervisors of any issues requiring attention. • Attend company‑provided training sessions and meetings. • Work overtime when needed and perform additional duties like data entry and minor customer service.
