About the Role

Key responsibilities include leading the project team, defining technical scope, coordinating and communicating tasks, reviewing cost estimates, resolving conflicts, maintaining monthly budgets, and providing regular client reports. You will also promote repeat business opportunities, ensure timely communications, and attend work during normal business hours. • Lead project team for medium to large healthcare construction projects. • Define and manage technical scope, cost estimates, and schedule objectives. • Coordinate client communications and deliver daily/weekly/monthly reports. • Resolve project‑level conflicts and maintain monthly budget forecasts. • Identify and promote opportunities for repeat business and client references. • Supervise team members, delegate tasks, and provide clear, ongoing feedback. • Monitor performance metrics, adjust course as needed, and hold team accountable. • Build relationships with internal peers, senior leaders, and external stakeholders. • Foster development opportunities for direct reports and provide continuous coaching. • Exercise creativity and resourcefulness to deliver projects within compressed timelines. • Analyze problems to distinguish cause from effect and implement effective solutions.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least two years of experience managing healthcare construction projects (HCAI/OSHPD) and be skilled at monitoring team activity, delegating clear instructions, tracking metrics, and holding themselves and others accountable. Strong relationship‑building, feedback delivery, creativity in compressed timelines, problem‑solving, and effective written and oral communication are essential. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related field is required, along with four or more years of project‑management or construction experience. Preferred certifications include CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, or LEED. • Communicate clearly and unambiguously in both written and oral formats.
