What You Bring
• Must be at least 21 years of age to operate the company vehicle • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Must live within 40 miles of the designated region • Must be comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet and using extension ladders • Must weigh less than 275 pounds to meet ladder safety limits • Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions • Proven success working independently with remote supervision • Must be willing and able to work overtime as required • Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds • Experience in facility and/or grounds maintenance • Experience in construction • Experience in HVAC • Experience in cable installation • Experience in route driving • Experience in roofing
