About the Role

The Property Manager for Multifamily at EON Squared is tasked with maintaining communities to a market‑ready standard and delivering a high level of service. This role also involves motivating high‑performing teams to maximize property performance. Key duties include overseeing all operations such as maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, collections, evictions, and vacancy anticipation. The manager provides superior customer service to residents and prospects, completes lease and renewal paperwork per company standards, and tracks advertising and client traffic. Additionally, they develop, mentor, and lead a cohesive on‑site team, analyze competition to create marketing programs, and ensure compliance with Cushman & Wakefield policies. • Oversee all community operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, collections, and evictions. • Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to boost satisfaction, renewals, and revenue. • Complete lease and renewal paperwork in accordance with company standards. • Track advertising performance and manage marketing initiatives to drive occupancy. • Develop, mentor, and lead a high‑performing on‑site team across leasing, service, and maintenance functions. • Analyze market competition and create creative marketing programs to increase revenue. • Supervise day‑to‑day team activities, ensuring compliance with Cushman & Wakefield policies. • Hire, interview, and coach staff while maintaining low turnover and high engagement. • Maintain resident files and resolve conflicts promptly to preserve a positive living environment. • Manage community budget, finances, and expense controls while meeting leasing and marketing goals. • Identify leasing opportunities, set goals, and improve staff performance.

What You Bring

Education and experience expectations include a preferred bachelor’s degree and real estate license, along with at least three years of property management and three years of management experience. The position operates in a professional office environment with standard office equipment and requires regular travel, standing for extended periods, and occasional physical tasks such as lifting or moving up to 25 pounds. • Demonstrate effective communication, computer proficiency, and strong oral/written skills. • Hold a bachelor's degree (preferred) and a real estate license (preferred); possess 3+ years of property management and management experience. • Operate in a professional office setting with regular travel (up to 15%) and occasional physical tasks (lifting up to 25 lb).
