About the Role

The Director of Strategic Partnerships will lead development and execution of C&W Services’ Partner Alliance Program, a key growth initiative designed to accelerate revenue, expand capabilities, and generate long‑term community impact. Responsibilities include researching and prioritizing potential partners, leading outreach and discovery conversations, evaluating prospects against the Three C’s framework, and supporting leadership in structuring and negotiating agreements. The Director will design and facilitate partner workshops, translate workshop results into joint commercial opportunities, and create actionable pursuit plans with clear timelines and ownership. Working closely with the business development organization, the Director will project‑manage partner‑driven pipeline opportunities, coordinate discussions between partner and internal teams, and support co‑selling motions and opportunity vetting. The role also ensures seamless internal integration of partners by introducing them to geographic, operational, and functional leaders, serving as the central point of coordination across C&W Services. Community alignment duties involve embedding values‑based criteria into partner evaluation, collaborating with leadership to define measurement and communication of community impact, and supporting marketing and PR on partnership announcements. People leadership includes managing direct reports who support partnership operations, providing coaching, prioritization, and scaling the team as the program grows. What You Bring

Required qualifications are a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and at least seven years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, vendor management, business development, or program management; prior people‑management experience is strongly preferred. Desired competencies include exceptional verbal and written communication, strong facilitation and presentation skills, high organization, self‑starting attitude, analytical/reporting ability, and comfort influencing without authority. • 7+ years experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, vendor management, or related program management. • Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred) and prior people‑management experience strongly preferred. • Exceptional communication, facilitation, analytical, and reporting skills; ability to influence without authority.

Benefits

Compensation ranges from $158,270 to $186,200, supplemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, flexible spending, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time off. Pay varies by location, experience, and other factors, and the company will not pay below minimum wage.
