About the Role

The Travel Technical Trainer will deliver instruction on VRF, Ductless, and Residential HVAC equipment at distributor locations and the Technical Training Center. The role also includes developing curriculum content to support technical training programs. The trainer will deliver courses covering technical HVAC concepts, service, and installation best practices, and create presentations and hands‑on activities for participants. They will work cross‑functionally with the Technical Training Team and subject‑matter experts to ensure content is accurate, current, and relevant. The trainer will evaluate training delivery from the learner’s perspective, incorporate feedback, and manage relationships with experts to continuously improve the curriculum. • Deliver VRF, Ductless, and Residential HVAC training at distributor locations and the Technical Training Center. • Develop curriculum content, including presentations and hands‑on activities. • Collaborate with the Technical Training Team and subject‑matter experts to ensure accurate, up‑to‑date material. • Conduct classroom and hands‑on training for beginner, intermediate, and advanced skill levels. • Evaluate training effectiveness and incorporate learner feedback.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, at least three years of HVAC service or installation experience with knowledge of VRF, Ductless, and Residential systems, and one year of training experience. The role requires the ability to travel 50‑75% of the time across the United States, Canada, and other North American regions. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are preferred. Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a positive and responsible work ethic, and be willing to relocate to Indianapolis. • Travel 50‑75% across the US, Canada, and North America. • Minimum 3 years HVAC service/installation experience and 1 year training experience. • High school diploma/GED required; knowledge of VRF, Ductless, and Residential HVAC systems essential. • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. • Willingness to relocate to Indianapolis (strongly preferred).
