About the Role
The role supports delivery through procurement and construction phases, suitable for candidates aiming to advance in a fast‑paced, industry‑leading project or programme. This client‑facing position is partially site‑based, requiring assistance in managing consultant teams, stakeholders, and collaborating with the project lead to deliver successful outcomes. Work includes construction of new buildings and refurbishment or upgrade of existing facilities, providing end‑to‑end project management assistance to meet time, cost, technical performance, and quality targets while building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and the supply chain. • Promote an inclusive, supportive team environment. • Maintain quality systems and support delivery across all project stages. • Manage tasks, documentation, and analysis to meet project milestones. • Monitor budgets, risks, and mitigations. • Uphold Mace values and support sustainable business growth. • Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with design and consultant teams. • Apply best practice and independently manage defined project elements. • Growing commercial, financial, construction and programme knowledge.
