About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor collaborates with the Property Manager to oversee maintenance operations and manage the community’s maintenance budget. • Direct and oversee maintenance staff, ensuring all community areas are maintained. • Monitor, support, and improve team performance through skill development. • Maintain proper inventory levels and order supplies as needed. • Perform hands‑on market‑ready, occupied, and preventative maintenance accurately and timely. • Obtain bids, interact with contractors, and ensure competitive pricing of supplies. • Collaborate with Property Manager to manage community maintenance budget and expenditures.

What You Bring
• Minimum five years of apartment management and supervisory experience. • Leadership and team‑building abilities; capable of directing, motivating, training, and developing subordinates. • Experience in apartment maintenance and Type II A/C Certification or Universal certification. • High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
