About the Role

• Estimate electrical system costs accurately for construction projects. • Review plans and specifications to define scope and material needs. • Lead creation of comprehensive cost‑management plans with project teams. • Identify value‑engineering opportunities and provide alternatives. • Conduct cost‑risk analysis to support value‑engineering decisions. • Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors and stakeholders. • Use industry‑specific estimating software and tools to produce estimates. • Advise project stakeholders on estimating methodology and analysis. • Maintain current knowledge of estimating processes and industry standards. • Generate formal estimating reports covering quantities, costs, escalations and assumptions. • Mentor junior estimators and promote continuous learning. • Ensure compliance with applicable SOX control requirements.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field. • 5–7 years of relevant construction cost‑management experience. • Background as Cost Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, Cost Engineer or similar role. • Experience delivering conceptual estimates or pre‑construction services for large projects. • Proven track record supporting large‑scale construction programmes. • Strong understanding of value management and value‑engineering principles. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The position is full‑time with a base salary range of $140,000‑$150,000, subject to experience and qualifications.
