About the Role
The Supplier Partnership Lead – Integration & Solutions joins the Sourcing team to negotiate with dedicated providers, secure optimal contractual conditions, and ensure internal customer satisfaction while leveraging expertise across various methodologies and processes. Key responsibilities include defining and optimizing supplier strategies and panels, leading negotiations, allocating needs, managing claims, and providing commercial sourcing support such as data analysis. The role also offers guidance to functional management on projects that impact business operations and leads the design and implementation of initiatives typically spanning one to two years. • Define and optimize supplier strategy and panels. • Lead negotiations, allocate needs, and manage contract terms. • Handle claims and provide commercial sourcing support, including data analysis. • Advise functional management on projects and programs affecting business operations. • Design and implement projects with 1‑2 year timelines. • This role operates in regular business hours. • Provide tailored financial programs, voluntary benefits, and participation in the Thrift Plan (401k).

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and possess a minimum of five years’ experience in commodity management, including direct supplier interaction and the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. • Hold a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of commodity management experience. • Demonstrated experience working directly with suppliers and executing programs.
