About the Role
The role recruits, develops, and manages channel partner relationships to achieve company booking goals, working closely with Equinix Field Sales, Corporate Sales, Solution Architects, and Sales Engineers to support partner end‑user customers and ensure satisfaction. It collaborates with cross‑functional teams to integrate partner services, create joint offerings, and drive go‑to‑market plans with Channel Marketing, while overseeing deal registration, pipeline creation, and conducting business reviews to track joint progress and align executive sponsorship. Key duties include partner recruitment using an Ideal Partner Profile, development of joint value propositions, preparation and execution of GTM collateral and training, activation of resellers, and coordination of cross‑functional reviews and messaging tailored to partners. • Recruit, develop, and manage channel partner relationships to meet booking targets. • Collaborate with Field Sales, Corporate Sales, Solution Architects, and Sales Engineers to support partner customers. • Drive integration of partner services and creation of joint offerings with cross‑functional teams. • Partner with Channel Marketing to create and execute go‑to‑market plans for joint solutions. • Oversee deal registration, funnel creation, pipeline development, and conduct business reviews. • Evaluate prospective partners using an Ideal Partner Profile and Targeting Scorecard. • Develop and align joint value propositions and bundled offers with technical teams. • Lead GTM preparation and execution, including collateral, messaging, and sales training. • Manage long‑term partner relationships and ensure executive sponsor alignment. • Activate resellers, conduct pipeline reviews, and oversee joint funnel tagging. • Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration across sales, marketing, fulfillment, and operations. • Tailor messaging to partners, articulate business value of joint propositions, and drive mutual interest.

What You Bring
Qualifications require at least five years of proven channel‑sales success in internet, network, data‑center, hyperscaler, or cloud‑based products and a bachelor's degree.
