About the Role
The Senior Strategic Sourcing Analyst identifies and implements third‑party waste disposal and recycling solutions that align with area operations, inventory control, and P&L goals. This role reviews inbound waste profiles and related documents to provide safe, compliant environmental solutions while minimizing costs and driving income. Key responsibilities include documenting and reviewing third‑party waste profiles for completeness and compliance, drafting and submitting profiles to approved vendors, and recertifying waste streams at various locations. The analyst also identifies potential waste‑stream issues, suggests alternative treatment or recycling options, and analyzes waste volumes and vendor spend to recommend cost‑saving alternatives. The position supports sales with third‑party pricing for bids, assists revenue management with vendor price‑book maintenance, and performs market and industry trend analysis to evaluate supply sources. What You Bring
Qualifications require expert knowledge of RCRA, DOT, TSCA, and state regulations, as well as experience with waste characterization, hazardous waste suppliers, and a RCRA Part B permitted TSDF. Candidates must have 4‑7 years of relevant experience, advanced MS Office skills, strong analytical and decision‑making abilities, and the capacity to manage competing project timelines. • Expert knowledge of RCRA, DOT, TSCA, and state regulations • Experience with RCRA Part B permitted TSDF and pricing negotiations

The pay range for this role is $75,100 to $103,300, dependent on locality, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
