About the Role
• Champion continuity of the WM Way process across the area. • Support mindset and coaching development at the site. • Partner with management and team leaders to contribute strategic vision and develop business solutions. • Provide high‑level expertise in business processes and systems analysis, evaluating current and future impacts. • Collaborate with internal and external customers, suppliers, and partners to resolve issues and institutionalize improvements. • Act as a source of direction, training, and guidance for less experienced staff, demonstrating coaching and mentoring skills.

What You Bring
The WM Way Coach partners with site leadership to align business solutions with the company's strategies and initiatives, drawing on experience in leadership, training, or business process optimization. Candidates must reside in the Maryland/Virginia Capital Market area. The role is primarily based in a professional office environment and requires regular use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copy machines. • Required qualifications: accredited bachelor's degree; high school diploma or GED with four years relevant experience; valid driver’s license. • Preferred qualification: at least two years of relevant work experience beyond education requirements.
