About the Role

In this role you will drive new service growth for our Aberdeen Workshop, focusing on on‑shore fire and safety equipment servicing across the Oil & Gas and Commercial Marine sectors. You will grow share‑of‑wallet and cross‑sell additional products and services, including gas detection, breathing apparatus, CAFS, water mist and other life‑safety and environmental‑safety solutions. You will lead the execution of your Go‑To‑Market strategy using enterprise tools and value‑selling concepts, continuously adapt your sales approach based on insights, and blend field activity with industry networking to capture every opportunity. Leveraging Salesforce.com for lead management, you will work closely with Marketing to tailor customer campaigns and ensure adoption of company systems, tools and pricing policies. Success in this role means managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, building business‑development strategies, monitoring competitor activity, leading the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to closure, and maintaining a robust pipeline to meet installation order targets. You will drive sales performance using Salesforce, contribute to growth initiatives in Commercial Marine and Oil & Gas, and pursue continuous improvement and effective bid management. What You Bring

The ideal candidate has field‑sales and relationship‑selling experience, familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM (training provided), and an existing client base in Commercial Marine or Oil & Gas markets.
