About the Role
The HVAC/R Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining a wide array of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including air conditioners, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, hermetic compressors, furnaces, boilers, burners, fans, economizers, humidifiers, rooftop units, remote condensing units, ice machines, walk‑in coolers and freezers, and upright refrigeration units. • Repair and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems including AC units, heat pumps, compressors, furnaces, boilers, fans, RTUs, ice machines, walk‑in coolers/freezers, and upright units. • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues on commercial heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment. • Maintain safety standards while lifting up to 50 lb, working on ladders, and performing tasks at elevated locations.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least five years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration experience, an active EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license. Strong customer relations, mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and the capacity to safely lift 50 lb, work on ladders, and operate in elevated locations are also required. • Hold an active EPA certification and a valid driver’s license. • Leverage 5+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience and strong interpersonal skills to serve customers effectively. • Utilize mechanical aptitude to efficiently resolve system problems.
