About the Role

The RMA Operator I ensures high-quality service by inspecting and processing product returns, moving inventory, and performing reworks so that items are returned to a salable condition. The role also involves safely operating lift trucks and other warehouse equipment in a distribution center. • Follow safety, company, and 6S standards to maintain a clean, secure work environment. • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, minimizing accidents. • Process returns and reworks, including inspection, counting, part verification, reboxing, relabeling, and small assemblies. • Perform warehouse tasks using standard work procedures to ensure safety and quality. • Participate in department-wide 6S activities to keep the area tidy. • Complete miscellaneous duties assigned by the manager to support operations. • Work up to nine hours per day. • Apply proper handling, safety, and warehouse standards. • Maintain attention to detail.
