About the Role

The manager will develop and oversee Project Execution, Health & Safety, and QA/QC plans, establish program requirements, and ensure deliverables meet those criteria. Responsibilities include creating project summary descriptions, directing business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions, assigning tasks based on team strengths, and providing input for performance reviews. The role also requires mobilizing resources across support departments, collaborating with engineers to develop budgets and schedules, and managing cost, schedule, and scope changes while maintaining timely change orders. • Collaborate with the client and multiple stakeholders to deliver key stormwater projects. • Develop and oversee Project Execution, Health & Safety, and QA/QC plans. • Establish program requirements and monitor deliverables for compliance. • Create and distribute project summary descriptions to the team. • Direct and control business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the project. • Assign responsibilities based on team members’ qualifications and strengths. • Mobilize resources across support departments, offices, and subsidiaries to form effective project teams. • Work with engineers and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and project plans. • Manage cost, schedule, and scope changes; maintain current and timely change orders. • Promote technical and commercial excellence through quality‑assurance processes. • Monitor and report project progress, milestones, and risk conditions to management. • Conduct weekly status meetings and formulate action items. • Present information effectively to key stakeholders. • Interface with all project levels and operate within a collaborative, multi‑organizational culture.

What You Bring

Required skills include the ability to present information effectively to key stakeholders, experience in PMC projects, and a solid understanding of construction and design delivery processes for large‑scale projects. Candidates must be able to interface with all project levels, work in a multi‑organizational environment, and possess thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations. Preferred qualifications are a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with a Master’s degree or PMP certification highly desirable, and at least ten years of experience managing utility or large‑scale infrastructure projects, particularly stormwater. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication, teamwork, and collaborative relationship skills, proven budgeting and scheduling expertise, and a solid grasp of regulatory and compliance requirements. • Apply experience in PMC projects and understand construction/design delivery processes. • Possess thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulatory requirements. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s or PMP certification highly desirable. • Bring at least ten years of experience managing utility or large‑scale infrastructure projects, especially stormwater. • Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and relationship‑building skills. • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources for complex utility projects. • Understand regulatory and compliance requirements for utility infrastructure.
