About the Role

The Warehouse Associate role at the Boston Gear facility focuses on safely and accurately moving, transporting, coordinating, and expediting the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies to meet internal and external customer expectations. The associate handles incoming shipments, stores materials in proper locations, operates equipment such as forklifts, and supports overall warehouse operations while adhering to safety protocols and 5S organization standards. • Receive and inspect incoming shipments • Pick material and deliver to designated areas • Enter shipment data into SAP or the designated system • Stage and store materials in proper locations; scan items as required • Operate forklift/powered vehicle safely and maintain equipment • Maintain 5S standards to keep the work area clean and organized • Perform math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) • Apply critical thinking and problem‑solving skills • Wear personal protective equipment and follow safety precautions in the manufacturing environment

What You Bring

Candidates must be a U.S. Person under export‑control regulations and demonstrate strong math abilities, critical thinking, attention to detail, safety orientation, reliability, teamwork, a positive "can‑do" attitude, continuous‑improvement mindset, and basic computer proficiency. A high school diploma or GED is desired; the position requires frequent walking, standing, twisting, lifting up to 50 lb., regular bending and stooping, and exposure to typical manufacturing hazards, with reasonable accommodations available. • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and safety compliance • Exhibit reliability, punctuality, and dependable attendance • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing • Adapt to process changes, delays, or unexpected events • Use basic computer skills to enter and search data • Be eligible under U.S. export control laws (U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) • Physical requirements: frequent walking, standing, twisting, lifting up to 50 lb., regular bending, stooping, occasional climbing • Availability to work overtime or weekends during inventory or as needed
