About the Role

Associate Photographers collect media for Homes.com and Apartments.com, using top‑of‑the‑line Matterport Pro 3 cameras, digital photography gear, and iPads. Each photographer is assigned a core territory and scheduled appointments to scan homes and apartments, producing virtual tours, floor plans, and marketing photography. The role works closely with clients, sales associates, logistics, and management, while being managed remotely by a local Photography Manager. • Capture 3‑D virtual tours and floor plans using Matterport Pro 3 cameras for Homes.com and Apartments.com. • Produce high‑quality residential photography for marketing listings. • Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands. • Communicate professionally with clients, sales, research partners, and management to prioritize tasks. • Conduct one‑mile‑square grid walks to identify and capture commercial real‑estate data when not assigned to a residence. • Follow CoStar safety standards for vehicle and equipment use; represent the company professionally. • Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

What You Bring

The position requires frequent sitting in a vehicle, standing, and walking for up to eight hours daily, with occasional bending, stooping, and lifting of equipment up to five pounds. Repetitive hand and arm movements are needed to operate cameras and input data on tablets or laptops. Photographers must be able to work outdoors in all seasons and be available on a rotating weekend schedule. • Minimum 2 years of professional real‑estate photography experience. • Proven photography background or recent photography degree; drone operation with FAA Part 107 license (or obtain within 30 days). • Strong time‑management, detail‑orientation, and data entry accuracy. • Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills. • Proficiency with Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications. • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment; field experience preferred. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to drive in all weather and work rotating weekends.
