About the Role
Daily responsibilities cover business development, client service, transaction execution, and marketing. Business development tasks include managing the CRM, prospecting, generating reports, and maintaining LinkedIn activity. Client service involves tracking engagement, handling space inquiries, and coordinating contracts with the legal team. Transaction execution requires preparing site searches, proposals, lease documents, and managing deal closeout and commission calculations. Marketing duties focus on coordinating presentations, updating listings, and producing property materials. • Manage CRM, enter new prospects, generate reports, and drive pipeline management. • Conduct prospect research and monitor publications for potential leads. • Track client engagement, respond to space inquiries, and coordinate contracts with legal. • Prepare site search materials, tour presentations, proposals, and RFPs. • Support lease review, deal closeout, commission calculations, and invoice tracking. • Coordinate marketing deliverables, create presentations, maps, and property reports. • Maintain and update listings on third‑party platforms such as CoStar. • Facilitate communication between clients, consultants, and vendors.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree—preferably in business, marketing, communications, or real estate—plus 2‑5 years of professional experience. A current broker license is required, and experience with Microsoft Office, InDesign, and Salesforce (or similar CRM) is a plus. The role is fully in‑office five days a week and may include additional administrative responsibilities as needed. • Own projects independently, multitask, and meet tight deadlines. • Hold a valid broker license, a bachelor's degree, and 2‑5 years of relevant experience.

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $90,950 to $107,000, supplemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, flexible spending and health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid time off. Pay is competitive and varies based on location, experience, and collective bargaining status.
