About the Role
Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, assessing customers’ storage needs and recommending packing and moving supplies. They conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory availability, audit cash drawers, and make bank deposits. The role also involves reminding customers about payments and making collection calls when necessary. Physical duties include lifting or moving items up to 35 lb and spending up to 50 % of the shift walking around facilities, often outdoors, climbing stairs, and opening large doors. Managers perform cleaning and routine maintenance such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and keeping exterior grounds clear of debris. What You Bring
