Job Highlights
About the Role
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues and project stakeholders. • Administer contracts in line with project objectives and company policies. • Monitor, forecast and report project costs accurately through to completion. • Manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely applications. • Collaborate with client and contractor teams to deliver KPIs, programme performance, cost control and value engineering. • Effectively manage contract changes while adhering to governance and best practice. • Improve the accuracy of forecasts and budgets. • Provide commercial expertise and support to all stakeholders. • Negotiate and finalize project accounts. • Lead teams and commissions as required. • Manage contracts using NEC3 (Options A, C & E) or equivalent frameworks. • Conduct comprehensive cost management and estimation. • Oversee change management and control processes. • Perform valuations and risk assessments. • Manage procurement activities and pricing strategies. • Produce detailed reporting and analysis. • Apply a collaborative, best‑for‑project approach. • Lead and develop people, including commission management. • Identify and implement efficiencies throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills. • Possess strong knowledge of construction industry technical matters, procurement routes, value management and value engineering. • Hold a relevant degree (or equivalent) and pursue professional body membership.
