About the Role
The superintendent will coordinate field employees, maintain daily communication with the regional General Manager, and ensure project documentation such as daily reports and look‑ahead schedules are completed on time. This role also involves training foremen, reviewing blue‑prints, and overseeing the installation of chill‑water, heating, and condenser‑water systems to the highest quality standards. • Line out field employees daily based on project needs • Attend bi‑weekly Job Cost meetings with project updates • Report daily to corporate headquarters • Establish and maintain daily communication with regional General Manager • Train foremen and potential foremen • Read and analyze blueprints and specifications • Ensure foremen complete daily reports, 3‑week look‑ahead, and percent‑complete tracking • Communicate with Project Managers, foremen, and General Manager each day • Attend onsite meetings with mechanical teams and general contractors as needed • Guarantee highest‑quality product installation
