About the Role
The role supports design principles and team activities, maintains global design standards, produces performance analytics, administers design tools, oversees review and approval processes, and delivers training and support to design teams. • Organize and lead regional design meetings, handling scheduling, agendas, and action tracking. • Prepare and publish monthly and quarterly design performance reports and KPI dashboards. • Maintain the Global Design Standards Library and SharePoint site, ensuring formatting consistency and managing approvals. • Collate and publish global and regional KPI reports using Smartsheet and PowerBI, tracking announcements, hires, and project completions. • Act as Smartsheet Administrator: create project sheets, manage access, link dashboards, and deliver training. • Manage the Internal Technical Review (ITR) process, scheduling Bluebeam sessions, tracking comments, and updating dashboards. • Conduct refresher and tool training sessions for design teams. • Provide troubleshooting and process guidance for Smartsheet, SharePoint, and other design tools.
