About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations of a community, partnering with the Community Manager to handle service requests, preventative maintenance, staff and vendor coordination, safety compliance, and resident satisfaction. • Oversee daily maintenance activities, service requests, and preventative maintenance programs. • Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate maintenance staff performance. • Coordinate and monitor vendor work to ensure quality and timeliness. • Maintain inventory of supplies and order materials within budget guidelines. • Conduct daily inspections of grounds, buildings, and units to identify and correct hazards. • Enforce OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing compliance and promote safe work practices. • Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and compliance documentation. • Provide prompt, courteous customer service and monitor request turnaround times. • Participate in on‑call emergency response and after‑hours support as needed.

What You Bring
• Required: High School diploma or equivalent, EPA & CPO certification (HVAC desired), basic computer skills. • Physical ability to lift 100+ lbs, work in confined spaces, operate tools and vehicles, and work overtime or weekends. • Reliable transportation required for emergency on‑call duties.
