About the Role

Existing Autodesk contractors or consultants should search and apply internally rather than on external sites. Candidates can also join the talent community to stay updated on new opportunities and Autodesk news. • Define and execute product strategy for Jira and Confluence Cloud aligned with Autodesk’s cloud‑first vision. • Build and maintain a roadmap reflecting user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. • Identify platform enhancements using user feedback, analytics, and market trends. • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover workflows, pain points, and unmet needs. • Establish continuous feedback loops to guide prioritization and decisions. • Translate insights into product requirements and success metrics. • Partner with engineering, UX, and program management to deliver high‑impact features and usability improvements. • Drive adoption of new capabilities through targeted enablement and communications. • Align internal product, engineering, and business stakeholders for successful execution. • Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration for platform governance, compliance, and lifecycle management. • Scale Centercode for structured beta testing and feedback collection. • Integrate Centercode insights into Jira and Confluence workflows.

What You Bring

Autodesk is shifting strategically to cloud platforms and is looking for a passionate, customer‑centric Product Manager to lead the evolution of its Jira and Confluence Cloud environments, with a secondary focus on scaling the Centercode platform. The role is pivotal in driving user engagement, improving platform usability, and enabling feature innovation across diverse personas such as developers, QA engineers, product teams, product managers, designers, and content creators. • 5+ years product management experience, preferably enterprise SaaS or internal tooling. • Proven management of Atlassian platforms (Jira, Confluence Cloud) and familiarity with Centercode or similar. • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and user‑first mindset. • Experience conducting user research and turning insights into product improvements. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Atlassian Intelligence features. • Experience in cloud migration, user adoption strategies, and platform governance. • Ability to work across global teams and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.

Salary is part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package and is based on experience and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits suite.
