About the Role
The incumbent will own project‑level quality strategy, embed quality throughout planning and delivery, and establish clear quality RACI and accountability. They will define release quality criteria, health indicators and act as the quality gatekeeper, while partnering with Scrum teams to embed quality in the SDLC and maintain a robust Definition of Done. Collaboration with support, engineering and customer‑facing teams ensures solutions meet real customer workflows, and they will lead integration, solution‑level and end‑to‑end testing across complex initiatives. • Own and drive project‑level quality strategy, embedding quality throughout planning and delivery. • Establish Quality RACI, act as primary quality leader, and influence prioritization and risk mitigation. • Define release quality criteria, readiness standards, and serve as the quality gatekeeper. • Partner with Scrum teams to embed quality in the SDLC and maintain a robust Definition of Done. • Ensure solutions meet real customer workflows; collaborate with Support and Engineering on issue prioritization. • Lead integration, solution‑level, and end‑to‑end testing; coordinate cross‑team test planning and reporting. • Influence automation strategy and contribute to scalable end‑to‑end automation for critical workflows. • Support organization‑wide quality initiatives such as bug bashes and targeted testing.

What You Bring
A strong background in QA or software engineering is required, including a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field and at least ten years of experience. Candidates must have proven ownership of quality outcomes across multiple Agile teams, deep Agile/Scrum expertise, and the ability to define quality standards, release criteria and acceptance criteria. Hands‑on experience with test strategy, integration and end‑to‑end testing, as well as familiarity with automation tools such as Cypress or Playwright, is essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills are also required. • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. • 10+ years of experience in QA, software engineering, or related disciplines. • Proven ownership of quality outcomes across multiple Agile teams or programs. • Strong Agile/Scrum experience in large, cross‑functional organizations. • Expertise defining quality standards, release criteria, and Definition of Done. • Hands‑on experience with test strategy, planning, acceptance criteria, integration, and end‑to‑end testing. • Ability to use quality metrics and data to drive decisions. • Knowledge of test automation tools such as Cypress or Playwright. • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder‑management skills. • Experience at Principal or senior technical level influencing quality strategy beyond a single team. • Background with SaaS, cloud, or enterprise‑scale platforms and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, TeamCity). • Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms. • Experience mentoring or guiding QA engineers across teams. • Knowledge of Autodesk Fusion, PLM, CAD, or design software is a plus.

Benefits
Compensation for Canada‑BC based roles includes a base salary ranging from $104,000 to $143,000, with potential for higher offers based on experience and location. The total package may also contain annual cash bonuses, stock grants and a comprehensive benefits program.
