About the Role
• Strip dirty linen from guest rooms as needed • Sort linens for washing • Remove stains from heavily soiled linen • Dispose of linen and terry properly • Operate washers and dryers with correct chemicals and amounts • Fold linens to hotel standards and organize stock • Wash bed wraps, duvets, mattress pads, and blankets per standards • Keep laundry area neat and clean • Assist housekeepers with room cleaning when needed • Clean and maintain storage areas • Report any damage in laundry room or equipment immediately • Notify Executive Housekeeper of damage to roll‑aways or cribs • Wear provided uniform and nametag at all times on the property • Perform repetitive movements when cleaning and folding • Maintain high personal hygiene and appearance standards
