About the Role
The Remote National Field Sales role focuses on developing and expanding both existing and new national accounts across a defined territory. You will act as the primary point of contact for multi‑site customers, driving new sales opportunities and ensuring long‑term relationships. • Develop and grow national accounts within a defined territory. • Identify and secure new business opportunities across multiple site locations. • Manage full sales cycle: pre‑sales planning, deal execution, installation coordination, and post‑sale support. • Achieve sales growth and profit margins aligned with the national business plan. • Build relationships with key decision‑makers in facilities, IT, finance, and loss‑prevention departments. • Collaborate with internal teams (CMC, NASC, SSO) to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction. • Provide market insights and assist in creating promotional programs. • Maintain and expand the RIF base for assigned accounts.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a college degree in sales, marketing, or a related field, and brings at least five years of commercial sales experience, including three years in major‑account electronic security sales. Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities are essential, as is the willingness to travel 25% or more. • Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing or related field (preferred). • Minimum 5 years of commercial sales experience, including 3 years in major accounts sales of electronic security. • Proven ability to sell to high‑level corporate contacts. • Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. • Ability to travel 25%+.
