About the Role

The primary responsibility is to maintain the cleanliness of resident apartments and assigned common areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. • Provide housekeeping services in resident apartments (sweep, mop, vacuum, clean bathrooms, empty trash, launder linens). • Keep assigned common areas clean and sanitized. • Store cleaning chemicals in accordance with OSHA regulations. • Maintain organized housekeeping storage areas. • Report maintenance and safety issues immediately. • Perform repetitive motions such as reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.

What You Bring
