About the Role
The Leasing Consultant role is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property, requiring daily onsite attendance, prospect showings, lease execution, resident service, and various administrative duties. Compensation includes an hourly rate of $21‑$23, a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) match), commission and performance bonuses, paid sick days and holidays. • Show, lease and move in prospective residents; qualify leads and sign leases • Generate new leads, schedule appointments, conduct tours and maintain model units • Complete leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits, unit walk‑throughs and turn processes • Track prospect traffic, update leasing data and respond to leads within 24 hours • Apply sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed leasing goals • Handle resident complaints, requests and ensure overall resident satisfaction • Develop and execute resident retention programs such as events, promotions and newsletters • Maintain cleanliness of office, common areas and model unit • Assist in implementing the annual marketing plan and perform ongoing market surveys • Stay informed on property features, competition and market conditions; produce weekly market reports • Provide excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround times • Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor • Work in various environments including outdoor conditions, confined spaces, and exposure to hazardous chemicals

What You Bring
• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent; basic computer proficiency required • Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA regulations is required • Physical ability to move, lift and carry objects up to 25 lb, ascend ladders, stand or sit for extended periods, and work overtime, weekends or nights as needed
