About the Role
• Safety first – ensure team returns home safe and well. • Support concept‑stage structural design, ensuring compliance with business, statutory and contractual requirements. • Guide and manage design development, maintaining alignment with contract obligations and technical assurance. • Assist clients with tenders, surveys, reporting and handover to contribute to programme success. • Lead and develop direct reports; set work plans, monitor outputs and ensure quality delivery. • Collaborate across design disciplines, client teams and contractors in meetings and workshops. • Drive team development in digital, C2P and net‑zero carbon initiatives. • Support training, appraisals and career progression for direct reports. • Engage in business improvement and carbon‑reduction initiatives for net‑zero transition.
