About the Role
Our Defence and Security Division within our Australian business are looking for Project Managers to manage multidisciplinary design projects primarily through the Estate Works Program (EWP) under the Project Delivery Services (PDS) Contract. In addition to leading new and existing projects, this role will actively improve our project management processes, driving delivery excellence and efficiency. The position is based in Canberra and supports the full lifecycle delivery of EWP projects and portfolios across the Defence Estate in the ACT. • Deliver EWP projects on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards in a Defence environment. • Foster collaboration across internal project teams and industry delivery partners. • Proactively manage issues, drive decision making, and lead resolution pathways. • Evaluate and mitigate risks for our Defence clients. • Manage and support technical and quality assurance activities relating to the design and safety analysis of Defence infrastructure. • Provide mentorship to staff seeking to develop their knowledge and experience in delivery of major infrastructure projects. • Undertake overnight travel to project locations as required.

What You Bring
About you: Relevant experience leading project delivery in building services, infrastructure, refurbishment, civil or maritime sectors, with Defence experience preferred. Tertiary qualifications relevant to project management or engineering disciplines are desirable. You must be an Australian citizen and able to obtain a baseline security clearance.
