About the Role

The analyst will evaluate and improve existing processes and tools, making recommendations and leading projects that simplify forecasting, close, and planning activities. They will partner with stakeholders to manage quarterly forecasts and close processes, analyze business trends, identify risks and opportunities, and explain variances. The role also provides financial modeling support for annual planning and investment portfolio analysis, and may involve ad‑hoc cross‑company projects or KPI analysis. • Partner with finance business partners and budget owners to deliver financial insights. • Design and automate dashboards, reports, and analytical tools. • Evaluate and improve forecasting, close, and planning processes and tools. • Manage quarterly forecast and close activities, including trend analysis and variance explanations. • Provide financial modeling support for annual planning and investment portfolio analysis. • Lead ad‑hoc cross‑functional projects and KPI analyses. • Apply an automation and process‑improvement mindset to drive financial discipline.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and have three to eight years of relevant finance experience, including forecasting and financial modeling. Required skills include advanced Microsoft Excel and experience with automation and analytics tools such as Anaplan, Alteryx, Power BI, Power Query, and SAP.
