About the Role
Installers are responsible for preparing, delivering, and picking up rental equipment, as well as assembling and disassembling fabric structures on job sites. They must safely operate forklifts, man‑baskets, and all‑terrain scissor lifts, and ensure that tents and related components are installed correctly and remain functional throughout the contract. Duties also include cleaning work sites, repairing fabric and hard‑side walls, and completing necessary paperwork while following all safety regulations. • Prepare, deliver, and pick up rental equipment as needed • Assemble and disassemble fabric structures on job sites • Travel to and from job sites with a schedule of 2‑3 weeks on, 1 week off • Unload and carry equipment, materials, and supplies around the job site • Safely operate forklifts, man‑baskets, and all‑terrain scissor lifts • Install fabric structures and ensure functionality throughout the contract • Use appropriate hand tools to build, repair, and maintain walls, doors, and frameworks • Clean work sites of debris and discarded materials • Follow safety instructions for loading, installation, and removal of equipment • Assemble tents according to manufacturer and company safety policies • Coordinate layout with Field Supervisor and adhere to CAD specifications • Inspect tents and accessories for damage before removal • Complete required paperwork and explain proper equipment usage and safety features • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and government safety regulations

What You Bring
The Field Installer of Large Tents and Structures is an entry‑level role reporting to a Field Supervisor, requiring travel across the U.S. on a 2‑to‑3‑week on, 1‑week off schedule. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and pass drug, background, and motor vehicle checks. The position involves physically demanding work that requires strength, stamina, and the ability to lift heavy equipment. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and strong verbal and written communication. Required certifications include Tenting 101, OSHA General Construction Site Safety, and OSHA Operators training for lift equipment, along with a TWIC credential.
