About the Role
The Sales Engineer will own end‑to‑end sales cycles, from generating inquiries and delivering techno‑commercial proposals to securing orders and managing billings. The position also involves cultivating relationships with design consultants, architects, and OEM partners, as well as maintaining strong connections with existing customers and retailers while overseeing receivable management and product demonstrations. • Generate inquiries and provide timely techno‑commercial proposals to customers/retailers. • Secure order bookings and achieve sales and billing targets. • Engage design consultants and architects for product approvals and specification inclusion. • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and retailers. • Manage overall receivables. • Demonstrate and present products, develop new business, and keep accurate sales records. • Focus on OEM partnerships for new products. • Keep an up‑to‑date customer database and nurture relationships. • Travel extensively to customer/retailer sites and provide product updates.
