About the Role
• Supervise and manage transportation and civil engineering projects, providing technical oversight to design teams. • Lead project design from conceptual stage through final contract documents, including roadway/highway design and plan development. • Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineers and technicians and interact with clients and community stakeholders. • Participate in senior staff meetings, contribute to office performance, and engage in professional societies. • Manage project budgets, schedules, and scope, leveraging NV5’s project management support and training resources.

What You Bring
• Hold a BS in civil engineering and a NJ Professional Engineer license. • Bring 15+ years of engineering and project management experience, preferably with TAP and SRTS projects under NJDOT Local Aid. • Demonstrate strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

Benefits
The position offers a base salary ranging from $130,000 to $160,000 per year, with the exact amount dependent on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, the role may be eligible for a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits as outlined by company policy.
