About the Role

• Execute departmental policies for production, inventory, quality, and training. • Collaborate cross‑departmentally to ensure efficient, orderly workflow and resource allocation. • Communicate within the team to maintain solid teamwork and a productive environment. • Provide feedback to Rollforming leadership on teammate performance. • Develop department members for broader responsibilities beyond basic functions. • Understand and adhere to the Rollforming schedule to meet completion, load dates, and customer delivery requests.

What You Bring

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States, as Nucor does not sponsor visas now or in the future, and the company is an equal‑opportunity, drug‑free employer. • Obtain or maintain certification in three grade‑5 or higher Rollforming areas within six months. • Obtain or maintain certification on the 7.5‑ton or Dual Hoist crane and stand‑up forklift within six months. • Demonstrate ability to lead and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards. • Meet minimum qualification of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. • Preferred: prior experience or cross‑training in NBG Rollforming operations and equipment; Certified Crane Operator. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; Nucor does not sponsor visas.
