The Market Sales Manager role focuses on Western Canada’s rapidly expanding film and television production sector. What You Bring
Success in this role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least four years of proven sales achievement—ideally in equipment rental, industrial services, or film/TV support—and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. A strong grasp of construction phases, equipment applications, and operational requirements, combined with a consultative selling approach and strategic, hands‑on leadership, is essential. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. • Minimum 4 years of proven sales success, preferably in equipment rental, industrial services, or Film/TV support. • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. • Strong understanding of construction phases, equipment applications, and operational requirements. • Consultative selling approach adaptable to fast‑moving production environments. • Strategic thinking paired with hands‑on leadership.
