Design and deliver scalable data products, pipelines, and analytics in a Lakehouse environment.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Design and deliver scalable data products in the data Lakehouse, collaborating with the data product owner and software engineering partners. • Define and align business definitions, KPIs, and metric logic across stakeholders. • Build and optimise reliable ELT/ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data. • Ingest and model sensor and utilisation data to generate insights and reusable analytics assets that influence global design standards. • Partner with the BIM team to extract cost, design, sustainability, and quality assurance insights from model data. • Operationalise pipelines to parse and transform BIM data and metadata for analytics. • Deliver production‑grade dashboards and models integrated with PMO workflows and controls. • Help design, build, and operationalise an ML model to predict project cost, defining features, training/validation strategies, and MLOps processes.

Benefits
Please Note: The estimated salary for this position is $150K‑$180k. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non‑discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
