About the Role

Key responsibilities include touring the community, highlighting amenities and lifestyle benefits, qualifying prospects through information collection and background checks, and ensuring apartments are move‑in ready. The role also involves providing exceptional resident service to boost retention and handling office tasks such as paperwork coordination and rental documentation. • Generate interest in the community by touring prospects and answering questions about amenities and the surrounding area. • Drive leasing sales by showcasing the quality of the community and apartment lifestyle. • Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment through data collection and background checks. • Prepare apartments for move‑in and ensure units are ready for new residents. • Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed expectations and improve retention. • Perform office activities, coordinate paperwork, and manage rental documentation. • Maintain effective communication and professional customer service at all times. • Adhere to all company policies and procedures and work collaboratively as a team player. • Stand and walk for extended periods, ascend/descend stairs, ladders, or step stools, and travel up to 5% of the time.

What You Bring

Success in this position requires strong communication and customer‑service skills, basic Windows computer proficiency, and the ability to stay organized while meeting deadlines. Candidates must have a high‑school diploma or GED and at least one year of related leasing experience, and they must be able to stand, walk, and travel between properties as needed. • Utilize basic Windows computer skills for daily tasks. • Demonstrate courtesy, professionalism, and strong organizational abilities. • Meet the minimum education requirement of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent trade/technical schooling. • Possess at least one year of related leasing experience.
