About the Role
The Data Analyst will compare data sets to identify discrepancies, support Power BI models for KPI tracking, and work with cross‑functional partners to issue and amend purchase orders. They will act as a liaison between senior cost managers and finance to report accruals and prepaid invoices, create and maintain cash‑flow dashboards, and compile data for project buyout analytics and construction‑material market pricing. Additional duties include weekly updates of minor project budgets, SOX control compliance where applicable, and maintaining accurate project data.

What You Bring
• Proficient in Excel for large‑data set analysis. • Experience with Power BI and other modeling platforms. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Ability to work independently and in collaborative teams. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • Prior data analyst experience, preferably in construction or engineering. • Knowledge of construction management software and industry regulations. • High attention to detail and accuracy in data reporting. • Familiarity with SOX control requirements where applicable.

Benefits
The role offers a salary range of $80 K–$140 K, with compensation based on experience and qualifications.
