About the Role
The Maintenance Technician supports the property’s upkeep by handling corrective, preventative, routine, emergency and cosmetic maintenance tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. The role includes responding to resident and management work orders, performing pool care, inspecting grounds and common areas, maintaining a well‑stocked shop, keeping accurate service records, and participating in on‑call emergency coverage. The technician also contributes to unit make‑ready processes and assists with customer service and policy enforcement. • Respond to resident and management work orders for common areas, buildings, and units • Perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance tasks • Conduct swimming pool maintenance, cleaning, and chemical log documentation • Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily to identify and correct hazards • Maintain and stock the maintenance shop while adhering to safety and OSHA standards • Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with inventory monitoring, hazard communications, and unit inspections • Keep accurate records of service requests, preventative maintenance, and make‑ready status • Participate in on‑call emergency coverage and report policy violations • Provide excellent customer service and enforce community policies consistently • Utilize property resources, equipment, and supplies economically • Maintain reliable transportation for emergency on‑call duties

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $19 to $23 per hour and includes a comprehensive total‑rewards package with medical, dental, vision, life, accidental and disability insurance, 401(k) matching, performance bonuses, paid sick days and company holidays. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer proficiency, knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations, and the physical ability to lift 100 lb+ objects and work in varied environments.
