About the Role

The specialist will manage a portfolio of elevator units, maintain strong customer relationships, and drive growth in new equipment, repair, and modernization sales. Collaboration with sales and field teams and use of Otis' sales tools are essential to achieving targets. • Manage portfolio of elevator units and maintain relationships with existing customers. • Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer inquiries and needs. • Develop repair and modernization sales through networking, bids, and tenders. • Create and execute a sales strategy to meet targets while ensuring profitability. • Use Otis sales tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast results. • Conduct negotiations, close deals, and ensure timely payment. • Collaborate with fellow sales representatives and field colleagues.

What You Bring

Successful candidates will hold a business or technical degree, or equivalent training, and have at least five years of experience selling technical products.
