About the Role
The Project Manager oversees project delivery, ensures quality and consistency, and collaborates with clients and internal teams to meet schedule and budget objectives. • Ensure quality client services, clear work products, and delivery within budget and schedule. • Support business development through client relationships, opportunity development, and proposal preparation. • Coordinate assigned work to maintain continuity, consistency, and quality. • Direct and supervise complex studies, define tasks, and review/approve work of others. • Collect, correlate, and prepare recommendations for final reports. • Determine and schedule required project resources. • Evaluate project decisions for objectivity, design soundness, and impact on schedule and budget. • Stay current on regulations and technological advancements. • Serve as Project Manager and sealing Professional Engineer, overseeing intergroup coordination. • Participate in contract administration, interpretation, and implementation.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates bring extensive water and wastewater engineering experience, a civil engineering degree, and a Florida PE license, along with strong leadership and communication abilities. • 8+ years of water and wastewater engineering experience with project management. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. • Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license. • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a project team while ensuring high quality work. • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
