What You Bring
ZACHRY is seeking an experienced Industrial Boilermaker Helper to perform maintenance work for Exxon Mobil in Beaumont, Texas. The role does not offer per diem. The Industrial Helper assists in assembling, laying out, installing, and maintaining pipe systems. The position requires extensive standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lb, with occasional work at heights up to 300 ft using fall protection. Employees must work outdoors in various weather conditions for up to 12 hours per day and wear required personal protective equipment, including hard hat, safety glasses, ear protection, respirator, safety vest, gloves, and steel‑toe boots. • Carry required hand tools including a lockable metal toolbox, magnetic level, tape measure, pipe wrench, hacksaw, crescent wrenches, screwdrivers, ball‑peen hammer, leather gloves, level, C‑clamp locks, 5‑gal bucket, rain suit, and rubber boots. • Follow instructions and possess industrial construction experience. • Demonstrate problem‑solving ability, manual dexterity, and good reading comprehension. • Work effectively as a team player and independently with minimal supervision. • Communicate clearly with co‑workers and supervisors. • Have prior industrial construction or pipe‑fitter helper experience. • Hold formal or technical education in a related field.
