About the Role
The Inside Sales Representative, also called Equipment Rental Specialist, serves as the front‑line contact for telephone and walk‑in customers, helping them select and rent construction or industrial equipment. The role involves understanding customer needs, negotiating terms, placing orders, and maintaining a professional, customer‑focused attitude at all times. What You Bring
The position requires physical activity such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, and may involve working both indoors and outdoors as job demands dictate. Base pay ranges from $23.52 to $27.93 per hour, with the exact rate depending on location, experience, education and other factors.
