About the Role

In this position you will conduct site audits, propose improvements, and develop sales strategies to qualify and prioritize opportunities. You will prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and follow up to successfully close sales while interfacing with operations to ensure high‑quality service delivery and maintain established accounts through regular customer contact. • Generate business by selling HVAC solutions to contractors and clients in Qatar. • Conduct site audits and propose improvements for existing or new customers. • Develop sales strategies, qualify and prioritize opportunities. • Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and follow up to close sales. • Interface with operations to ensure effective service delivery. • Maintain established accounts through regular customer contact. • Report progress, update sales tools, and forecast with >95% accuracy. • Build long‑term customer relationships and drive territory growth. • Focus on expanding HVAC equipment install business in Qatar.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and has 3‑5 years of experience selling HVAC products such as chillers, AHUs, and FCUs in the Qatar market. You must possess deep HVAC knowledge, strong customer‑focused relationship skills, excellent organization and multitasking abilities, and be self‑driven with high team spirit, fluent English communication, and a valid Qatar driving licence. • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. • 3‑5 years experience selling HVAC products (chillers, AHUs, FCUs) in Qatar. • Deep knowledge of HVAC systems and customer‑focused relationship skills. • Excellent organization, multitasking, and self‑driven results orientation. • Strong written and verbal English communication skills. • Valid Qatar driving licence.
