About the Role

As a Security Associate you will protect property and guests by performing inspections, investigations, patrols and providing assistance, while maintaining high standards. • Perform periodic and random inspections of building and grounds to protect against theft, embezzlement, vandalism, fire, and accidents. • Maintain inspection reports, advise management of deficiencies and recommend remedial or disciplinary actions. • Investigate security incidents, accidents, suspicious activities, safety and fire hazards, and compile detailed reports with statements from involved parties and witnesses. • Assist team members, guests, and owners within departmental and company guidelines. • Provide outstanding guest/owner service, including answering inquiries, directing traffic, giving directions, delivering packages, and solving general problems. • Patrol interior and perimeter of the resort to identify potential security and safety risks or undesirable conditions. • Carry out reasonable requests from management. • Work any night of the week, including weekends and holidays.

What You Bring

The role requires the ability to patrol for 8‑9 hours, greet guests courteously, have full availability including nights, weekends and holidays, possess computer skills for incident reporting, and preferably have prior hotel security, military or law‑enforcement experience and current First Aid/CPR certification. • Perform basic first aid and CPR as needed.
