Project Manager - Construction manager facade

About the Role

• Ensure vendor/supplier work aligns with cost, quality, schedule, and HSE requirements as defined in tender, PO/WO, and GFC documents. • Coordinate with design and engineering consultants to promptly resolve design queries raised by vendors/suppliers. • Review and certify vendor/supplier work for client payment processing. • Manage change control, preparing variation orders with consultants and securing client approval. • Collect vendor/supplier data to prepare regular cash‑flow forecasts for the client. • Report regularly to the client on progress, covering cost, quality, schedule, HSE, and risk mitigation. • Oversee vendor/supplier testing, commissioning, and handover activities near project completion. • Develop and manage a handover and close‑out programme with vendors/suppliers and the client’s RE/facility team. • Prepare snag lists, monitor resolution status, and obtain final sign‑off from the client’s RE/facility team. • Track and ensure adherence to the handover and close‑out schedule. • Collaborate with the client’s RE team for financial closure, including final variation order approval, bill certification, and vendor documentation submission. • Coordinate vendor/supplier provision of as‑built information and handover documents. • Arrange workshops with vendors/suppliers and design consultants for the client’s facility team to facilitate smooth handover and operation. • Monitor, review, and close out project risks.
